All products are manufactured on a made-to-order basis unless otherwise specified.

We do not guarantee exact ship dates, but we work to fulfill all orders as efficiently as possible.
3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

- Suspicion of fraudulent activity
Because products are made-to-order, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is handled through third-party carriers once production is complete.
- Customers will receive tracking information when orders ship

- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be confident in your purchase. All eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Products may be returned for a refund of the original purchase price
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Returned products must include all originally supplied components and hardware
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, improper installation, modification, or neglect may not be eligible for a full refund
- Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund. In these cases, Bite Point Performance will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
